Everyone in the group answers the same question about each other — but one player secretly gets a different question and must bluff their way to a matching answer. After all answers are revealed, the group debates and votes on who the Impostor is. Fail to catch them and everyone loses a life.

By downloading, installing, or using Who is NOT? ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Webtzar Indie Studio.

2. The Service

Who is NOT? is a multiplayer social deduction party game available on iOS and Android. The App allows players to host or join game sessions, answer questions, and vote to identify the impostor.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

Submit questions or content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive
Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
Impersonate other users or Webtzar Indie Studio
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App or its servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

4. User-Generated Content

The App allows users to submit question ideas. By submitting content, you grant Webtzar Indie Studio a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute that content within the App.

Submitted questions are reviewed for quality and appropriateness before being added to the game. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any submitted content at our discretion.

5. In-App Purchases

Some features, character packs, and question packs require payment. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

All sales are final. Refunds are handled according to the platform's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Who is NOT? — including characters, questions, artwork, sound effects, and the game engine — is owned by Webtzar Indie Studio and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webtzar Indie Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
